God does not require of you what cannot be done. He enables us by His grace to perform all of His commands. When He says, “Be you holy for I am holy” (Leviticus 19:2), He makes a way. When Jesus says, “Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect” (Matthew 5:48), He enables us to give this kind of unconditional love. Never mark off any command of God as impossible, for with grace, “The things that are impossible with men are possible with God” (Luke 18:27).
