Four letter gutter words have no place in the vocabulary of the followers of the Lamb. If you would not say it in front of your Lord then don’t say it or write it. Christians represent Christ before we represent any political party or cultural opinion. Just because you are not using God’s name in vain does not make it okay. Your harsh speech reflects on you, the church and your Master. Serious disciples take seriously their manner of speech.
“Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that cannot be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us.” Titus 2:7-8 (ESV)
