When we see who Jesus is, and what He has done, how can we not bow? He is equal to God, yet He emptied Himself of divine prerogatives. He revealed the humility of God who would come as a human, as a slave, and on a cross. How can we not bow? Bow now! To bow is to come out of darkness into light and to come out of chains into freedom. Bow every day! In your words, thoughts and deeds, bow! Someday every knee will bow! It will not be coerced; it is against the nature of Jesus to coerce. It will happen because every human will see who Messiah is and what He has done. Who will bow? Who will confess? “At the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Glory be to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen!
“Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”.
