“For I will pour out water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring, and My blessing on your descendants” Isa. 44:3. The Spirit is the stream you drink from in your dry places. He is never far away. He is the river flowing from your “innermost being” Jn 37:38. He gives inner strength. He is water for thirst. He is companion and guide. Your Resource is closer than the air you breathe.
