Bad theology has taught us that God is out to get us, so we are afraid. The God who is revealed in Christ is a God who is in search of all His creatures, so declared by His unconditional love for everyone. You may make Him your enemy, but He will always refuse to be yours. His unconditional love for you will never stop. Never! To discover and receive this love is the big turning point in our lives. To celebrate the Father’s love is heaven begun.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? … For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
