Turning our lives over to Jesus is a heavy transaction. It is not about getting a ticket to Heaven. Instead, it is to turn our lives over to Him and to live our lives by His teachings now. It is to put into practice Kingdom of Heaven principles while living on this earth. It is to allow His Spirit to work an inner change, evidenced by the fruit of holy living. To turn our lives over to Him will mean that we have to turn it all over. He is to be Lord of all and not just selected parts of our lives.
