We are to become like Jesus in resisting temptation, loving our enemies, taking up our cross, doing the Father’s will instead of our own, and living out His compassionate mercy and unconditional love to a world on whom He has set his love. Dear Lord, may my discipleship move beyond learning to the apprenticeship of doing. May what I do flow out of You reshaping the inner me. Help me to be like You, my Teacher and Master. Amen!
