We usually think of angelic choirs and singing elders in heaven.  They all learned to sing from the God who sings.  “He will rejoice over you gladly, sing over you” Zephaniah 3:1.  When the angels sing over a repenting sinner, God leads the choir.  This is the picture of the God who loves us.  It is a love that breaks out in a song of triumph for us.  If God is watching over us and filling the air with His own singing, why should we fear what men or devils can do to us?

“The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”  Zephaniah 3:17 (ESV)
