The ninth day of the disciples’ prayer meeting continued, but yet the Holy Spirit had not come. Have you ever been there waiting for a divine breakthrough? Did it feel as if it would do no good to pray one more day? Did you think about giving up? Never give up! Pray another day! Wait before the Lord! Let the worship, prayer and praise go on! Jesus was not going to withhold the promised Spirit! He is eager to give Himself to your waiting, surrendered heart. Stay in the Upper Room!
