If you are dealing with loneliness, it is so you can help the lonely.  If you have walked in darkness, it is so you can be a light to others who walk in darkness.  Grief is a chance to experience the comfort of Christ and pass it to another.   If you have ever walked through depression, someone needs your testimony.  In your hunger feed the hungry.  In your thirst give someone something to drink.  With your wounds heal.  These are now gifts you can share.

“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (KJV)
