Don’t make it hard on yourself.  If you are serious about changes for the better in your life, then you will have to watch out for what enters the mind through the gates of the eyes and the ears.  Be intentional and highly selective about your reading and entertainment. There are some things that we hear and see over which we have little control.  For the rest, be careful what you allow to be recorded in your mind.  Good character is a by-product of disciplined thoughts.
