In the New Testament all Christians are saints (“holy ones”). We are called saints and we are called to be saints. This day celebrates saints living on earth and those who now live in the presence of the Lord in heaven. The two groups are one body. It also reminds us that Christians on earth live a life in the world in the train and heritage of all the “holy ones” who have gone before us. What saints influenced you? Thank God for them!
